Oink - Percy pig is underestimated in curries. Diced pork shoulder is great for a slow cook or cut up some pork steaks as a chuck-in alternative for the chicken. Awesome in our Lady Naga, Awubowan* and Bhuna kits.

Baa – My lamb bhuuuna, my lamb bhuuuna (sang along to Leonard Cohens ‘Hallelujah’). Get some diced leg and roast it off in the oven for 20 mins or so and chuck it in at the end of the recipe. It works particularly well with our Tikka Tarka Masala, Lady Naga and Bhuna kits.  

Moo -  Slow cooked in one of our Lady Naga, Magic Bhuna, Jalfrezi Heatwave kits, apologies to our Hindu friends but it just tastes moooo good.

Gulp – Any sustainable white fish fillet is great in our Karma Korma and Ayubowan Kits, just throw it in for the last 4-5 mins of the cooking process.

Err what sound does a carrot make – Roast some lovely seasonal veg and throw it in at the end, Aubergine, Cauliflower, Red Onion, Peppers, Tomatoes, Carrots, Beetroots (yes Beetroots, especially in our Ayubowan Sri Lankan kit) Go wild!
