Tip: Ultimate guide to Cream vs. Yoghurt in curry

        1. Dilute Boom Base™ with 300ml of boiling water, stir and leave for 10 mins

        2.  Cut 2 or 3 large chicken breasts into bite sized chunks

        3. Crush 1 garlic clove

        4. Add 3 tbsp veg oil to deep frying pan or wok and turn heat on hob to med/high

        5. Add Boom Whole Spices and fry for 30 seconds or so

        6. Add the chicken and fry until sealed

        7. Add garlic and fry for a minute

        8. Take pan off heat and stir in Boom Spice Mix.

        9. Return pan to heat and pour in the Boom Base

        10. Continue cooking until the sauce has reduced and thickened up nicely.

Tip: Smiley pan test - if you can draw a smiley in your sauce - i.e. it takes a moment for the sauce to flow back together and cover the pan then you're curry sauce is good and ready for the next step.

        Exhibit A: Smiley pan 🥄😀

spoon test to see if your curry sauce is thick enough

        12. Simmer for a couple of mins then turn off heat. Stir in a handful of chopped coriander before serving with rice/naan/chapati. Boom. 💥
