Refunds
Our policy is that once dispatched we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund (this is because we are unable to resell any returned items). If you are able to contact us before we dispatch your order we will happily refund you in full.
Once your request to cancel an order is received, we will send you an email to notify you whether your cancellation request was received before we dispatched your order. If we receive your cancellation request prior to dispatch then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days to clear in your account.
