How long will it take for my curry kits to arrive?
Typically 5-7 days if you're delivery address is in the UK and 2 weeks if you're outside the UK.
Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service
This does not mean your kits will arrive within 24 hours - it's just the service we use. We advise allowing 4 days for this service. E.g. Order on a Monday and your kits should be delivered by Friday.
Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service
This does not mean your kits will arrive within 48 hours - it's just the service we use. We advise allowing 5-7 days for this service.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order has been collected from Boom HQ, Royal Mail will send you an email to let you know your order has left the building.
Curry in a hurry - fast tracks
Your best bet is to get your order in first and make a note of your order number, then contact us by WhatsApp by clicking this link (easiest from mobile phone). We also have a chat feature on our website that links directly to our WhatsApp.
This doesn't go to a robot, it goes to a member of the team. We won't always be able to meet your deadline but we'll try. We're always happy to refund you in full if we can't meet your deadline.

Returns
After we've dispatched your curry kits we can't accept returns, this is because we can't re-sell food items that have left the premises.
Damaged in transit
If your curry kits don't arrive in good condition we'll refund you and send replacements no questions asked.
Not happy with the product?
If you're not happy with the quality of the product or ingredients please contact us to let us know with us much information as possible! Photos and batch numbers (located on the bottom of our packs) are especially useful in this scenario.
