...where the only thing warmer than the native greeting, is the famously hot, dry curry. Our authentic take on this classic dish is emboldened with fiery finger chillies that bring intense, Colombo rush-hour heat, delicately balanced with sweet coconut and aromatic curry leaves.

To create your Ayubowan Sri Lankan curry you will need the following ingredients (serves 2/3 kit):
- Glug of veg oil
- 2 to 3 large chicken breasts
we like fresh beetroots for a delicious veggie option!) - 2 garlic cloves
- 3 large vine tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- A pinch of salt
- Small handful of fresh coriander (optional)
- Something to serve it with (rice/naan/chapati)

Recipe guide and instructions for Ayubowan Sri Lankan curry kit (serves 2/3 format).
1. Crack open a beer 🍺 and prep the ingredients as follows:
- Cut chicken breasts into 1cm strips (If using fresh beetroot, wash, peel and cut into thick matchsticks) 🐓
- Peel & crush 2 garlic cloves
- Chop the tomatoes into smallish pieces
- Slice the onion into thin strips
2. Add 3 tbsp veg oil to a frying pan/wok and turn up to medium heat
- Add Boom Whole Spices and fry for 30 seconds
- Add the sliced onion and fry for a few mins until soft
- Add garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add the Boom Spice Mix and fry for 30 secs
- Add the chicken (or beetroot) then fry for a min
- Add the tomatoes 🍅
3. Cover with a lid, turn down the heat and simmer for 8-10 mins until chicken (or beetroot) is cooked through
4. Remove the lid, add Boom Coconut, 1⁄2 tsp salt and give it a good stir
- Turn off heat (finished curry should be fairly dry) and serve with rice/flatbreads. Boom. 💥
